Title: Exploring the Mass-Metallicity Relation in Open Clusters inside the Milky Way

Abstract: We aim to address the limited exploration of the relationship between mass and metallicity within individual open clusters. This study undertakes an analysis of 75-star clusters, using the Gaia Data Release 3 (DR3) dataset and the APSIS dataset for stellar mass and metallicity. We employed the HDBSCAN a clustering algorithm for member selection of the open clusters. Then we used a power-law model to analyze the mass-metallicity relationship primarily within the mass range of 0.6 M☉ to 1.4 M☉, and determine the nature of this relationship. Our preliminary findings indicate a common pattern among the studied star clusters: most of them exhibit a discernible negative power-law relationship (γ), suggesting that as the mass of stars within the clusters increases, their metallicity tends to decrease. However, further investigation is necessary to confirm and elaborate on this observation.
