A safe, respectful space for scientific exchange

The original Code of Conduct for the 2024 AstroAI Workshop is preserved below.

The organizers of this meeting are dedicated to ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for all attendees, irrespective of their gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality, or religious beliefs. We firmly believe in maintaining a harassment-free experience for everyone. To achieve this, we ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

Maintain a standard of professional and respectful behavior at all times. This includes avoiding any form of harassment, such as unwelcome physical contact, sexual advances or comments, intimidating behavior, stalking, and unauthorized photography or recording. Harassment also encompasses derogatory comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
Practice kindness and respect towards other participants. Refrain from belittling or demeaning other attendees.
Comply immediately if asked to cease any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in expulsion from the event at the discretion of the organizers.

Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for every participant, and we appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards.
